FACILITATION Committee has been meeting 10 min before but it had previously been agreed to 30 min before. We need that 30 min tonight so Facilitation Committee PLZ— be there before 5:30
Oh and Jackson City Council meeting is Nov 1 10:00 am. I, CJ Farrar will be there. anyone wanting to go should and if you want to speak be there by about 9:30 to sign the list. Thats all you have to do is sign the list by the 9:40ish to be able to speak.
City Of Jackson offered to grant a version of permit to OccupyJackson that did nothing. The permit they offered has already been deemed unnessary because of of our daily size and we leave at night which was all their permit would allow us to do. We had requested a legal permit using the City of Jackson Ordanances for 24/7 occupation located at Smith Park and despite the fact that THEIR laws are on our side, they denied the orriginal request and offered a variation that gave nothing that would need a permit. Appeal has been filed to be placed on the City of Jackson City Council meeting on November 15, 2011 at 6:00 pm
